Director of the State Institution “Academy of Mass Media of Tajikistan”
Ismatov Saadi Makhdievich was born on July 9, 1967 in the city of Kulyab. After graduating from the Kulyab State Pedagogical University (1990), he began his career as an assistant at the Tajik language department of the Kulyab State Pedagogical Institute. 1994-1997 post-graduate student of the Tajik State National University, 1997-2001 Senior Lecturer, Department of the Tajik Language, Kulyab State University, 2001-2008 Associate Professor of the Tajik Language Department, Tajik National University, 2008-2012 Publishing Director, Translation Center of the Tajik National University, 2012-2016 Head of the Television and Radio Department of the Faculty of Journalism of TNU. From February 2016 to March 2021, he was the Dean of the Faculty of Journalism of the Tajik National University. From March 5, 2021, by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, he was appointed director of the state institution “Academy of Mass Media of Tajikistan”.
Author of 1 scientific monograph, 1 textbook, 2 collections of articles, 6 manuals and more than 200 scientific and popular articles. Excellence in the press of Tajikistan (2012). People’s correspondent of the newspaper “USSR”. Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Education and Science (2014).

Sarfarozova Nazira Gulazorovna – was born on February 21, 1985 in an intellectual family of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 1991 she entered school №51 of the J. Balkhi district of the Khatlon region, and in 2002 she graduated school №189 of the Rudaki district with a gold medal.
Winner of the Republican Olympiad in the Tajik language and literature, holder of a presidential scholarship 1999-2002. In 2003, she took first place in the university’s Olympiad in history and the humanities. In 2007 she graduated from the Faculty of Journalism of TNU (full-time / budgetary department) with honors.
In 2005-2015 worked from editor to senior editor of the creative groups «Subh» and «Farosu» of the «Takjikisan TV channel», 2015-2019. from commentator to deputy head and editor-in-chief of the political programs department of the Tajikistan Television channel, 2019-2020 Deputy Director of TV-channel «Shakhnavoz» on TVT, 2020-2023 the deputy director of «Television Tajikistan» conscientiously performed her duties.
From June 1, 2023, due to the need for production, she was appointed first deputy director of the state institution «Massmedia Academy of Tajikistan».
Since 2013 member of the JUT. She has completed her Ph.D. thesis on the topic «The role of television in strengthening national self-consciousness» (2017), is the author of 1 monograph, 2 teaching aids, more than 20 scientific articles in Tajik, Russian and English, which were published in Asian countries and Europe.
